Golf Tournament

The Wilmington Regional Safety and Health School hopes you can join us this year for our 2008 Golf Tournament. The event will be held on Wednesday July 23rd, at 8:00 am.

We will be golfing at the 18-hole “Olde Point” course at the Olde Point Golf & Country Club facility in Hampstead, North Carolina. The course, designed by Jerry Turner, opened in 1975 and features 6913 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.1 and it has a slope rating of 130 on Bermuda grass.

We are accepting registrations for single players for $45.00, and four-person teams for $170.00 total. This will cover green fees, golf cart, a bagged lunch, and assorted beverages. We will not be allowed to drive our own hospitality cart around the course, so bring a small cooler so you can stock up on some cold drinks for the day.

Prizes will be awarded to the winners, and raffle prizes will be given away to those of us that didn’t “make the cut”.

We are also accepting hole sponsors for $150.00, and Grand Sponsors for $300.00 which will include green fees and added recognition at the awards ceremony.

We are looking forward to having a great day as well as making a little money for the Wilmington Regional Safety and Health School. Your support will be greatly appreciated!

From Wilmington:
- take US-17 BR N/ Market Street.
- Market street becomes US-17 N.
- Proceed about 20 miles to Hampstead.
- Turn Right onto Country Club Drive
