Ray Scott - Legendary Founder of BASS
Ray Scott will be this years key note speaker. He will be speaking about water safety and pollution prevention.
Following in the footsteps of American legends such as Teddy Roosevelt, Rachel Carson and Aldo Leopold, Ray W.
