Dale has over 30 years of experience in Occupational Safety. He is the creator of the “Safe 4” Culture Changing Program that eliminates injuries and accidents and builds a positive and sustainable Safety Culture where employees value their own safety and watch out for each other.

Dale has earned the safety designations QSSP & SEE, he is an active member of the ASSP and holds a position on the Executive Advisory Board for the National Safety Council.
