What meals are provided at the conference?

Registration:

What’s the deadline to register for the conference?

July 16, 2026

Do I have to register in advance?

It is recommended, but you can register at the conference.

What does my registration fee include?

Conference classes, parking, meals, snacks, and coffee/soda/water.

Will I be refunded if I have to cancel my registration?

It is the policy of the Wilmington Regional Safety & Health School to refund the registration fee if notified within an appropriate amount of time.  Cancellations received more than one week prior to the first day of the Safety School will be refunded at 75%.  There are no refunds after this time period. Refunds will be forwarded to Accounts Payable for reimbursement and mailed within 30 days of the request.

Can I transfer my registration to another member of my department/staff?

What are the networking events and where will they be held?

Evening Reception: July 16, 2026, time, event specifics, and location will be announced in the Spring of 2026
Exhibition Space: Connect with vendors and discuss new products and services face-to-face in a dedicated space
Interactive sessions: Our educational sessions can be a form of networking, as they often include open group discussions and group activities
Luncheon meetups: Connect with like-minded peers at convention center tables
Snack breaks and coffee: Chat with fellow attendees between sessions

You are responsible for securing your own hotel but we have provided a list of nearby hotels that can be found here.

What is included with my booth space?

Wi-Fi, electricity, parking, a 10’ x 10’ booth furnished with an 6’ table, linens, two chairs, a backdrop, Thursday lunch tickets for two company representatives, and Company website link featured in the Exhibitor/Sponsor page of our official website.

When can I move in to set-up my booth?

Wednesday, July 15th, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Cape Fear Community College Union Station, 502 N. Front St., 5th Floor, Wilmington, NC (Elevator available)
